Who handles your data

Azur Drones handles personal data submitted through this website. For privacy questions or requests, email contact@tonnerdrones.com.

Contact enquiries

If you use the contact form, we collect your name, email address, any organisation and sector you provide, and your message. We use this information to respond to your enquiry and follow it up. Name, email address and message are required. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries sent to us.

Access and retention

Enquiries are stored in a private WordPress inbox on our OVHcloud hosting. Access is limited to authorised site administrators. Enquiries are scheduled for deletion after 180 days; administrators may delete them sooner. We do not use enquiry details for marketing without a separate basis.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction or deletion of your data, or object to or request restriction of its processing. Email contact@tonnerdrones.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL.

Cookies and external services

This website does not use analytics or marketing trackers, external fonts or third-party video embeds. Authorised administrators may receive cookies needed to sign in to WordPress. The background video is hosted with the website.
